3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment.

• All prices are in INR and may vary due to external factors like taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations.

• Payments must be made through authorized methods as displayed at the time of checkout.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

• Refunds are subject to the terms of the specific booking and supplier policies.

• Non-refundable services (e.g., flight tickets, hotels) will not be eligible for reimbursement.

• Processing time for refunds is typically 7–14 working days.

5. Modifications to Bookings

Any request for change in itinerary, travel dates, or guest details is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Travel Documentation

• It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure valid passports, visas, and IDs are in place.

• Travel Vocab is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

7. Insurance

Travel Vocab strongly advises all customers to purchase travel insurance. We are not responsible for any loss, delay, injury, or theft that may occur during the trip.

8. Liability Limitations

• We act only as an agent between customers and third-party vendors (hotels, airlines, transport providers).

• Travel Vocab is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or acts beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).

9. Code of Conduct

Travellers are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully. Any disruptive or unlawful behavior may lead to removal from the group tour or trip without refund.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in [your city, if applicable].
